We can only guess at who owned these objects and their associations (or memories of) with them. They don’t make them like they used to!

    Shipping

    Our Shipping times depend on where you are! We almost always have your art hand-made and dispatched within 3-5 working days - from there it’s all about where you live. The following is a guide to help;

    UK -Budget – basic service and we expect your art to be with you within 2-3 days from dispatch.

    UK - Premium fully tracked service, alerts provided on your nominated device and is signed for & next day delivery.

    USA – We still have the same dispatch time however sometimes our customers tell us that there have been instances of it taking up to 20 days to reach its destination. It’s certainly not the “norm” however we ask that you be a little more patient as we are in the hands of our shipping partner – most of the time your art will be with within 7-10 days from dispatch.

    ROW - We still have the same dispatch time however sometimes our customers tell us that there have been instances of it taking up to 20 days to reach its destination. It’s certainly not the “norm” however we ask that you be a little more patient as we are in the hands of our shipping partner – most of the time your art will be with within 10-15 days from dispatch.

    We offer a lifetime guarantee with all of our products. Whether we send you some of our art or one of your amazing creations, we can assure that they will be tip-top quality. We use supreme quality canvas materials, our mount boards are white, incredibly smooth, acid-free and will enhance any piece for that increased frame definition. Plus! We use the latest OEM UV fade resistant inks, guaranteed to last for up to 75 years. What we are saying is that we can assure that you’ve made the great choice and we've got you covered. Trust us.

    Voucher Usage

    All vouchers must be redeemed electronically through the website. You can't redeem your voucher over the phone and you can't collect in person. If you are looking for a bespoke size that doesn't feature on our site, drop by HERE and one of our team will help you out.

    Returns Policy

    You can return your purchase to us in its original condition within 7 working days of the date you received the item, with packaging intact & in a resale-able condition, we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item, less the p&p. If you would like to swap your art, you will just need to pay the return carriage.

    Overview

    Let me tell you something about our prints. They are limited-edition prints. When you buy one you are one of the lucky 500. Take a peek at our full media spec (can be found below), from choosing the most edgy frames to choosing between our pristine quality mountboards and canvases. The choice you make is up to you!

    Frames

    We have chosen the base options to be Classic Black and Classic White frames.  Not to your taste? We also have some more interesting options for you - we have Antique Black, Antique Cream Ornate, Antique Gun Metal, Antique Bright Gold, Antique Aged Gold and Antique Bright Silver frames.     Media

    It’s quite simple; higher quality canvas for a high quality finish! We use the thicker 300 GSM canvas which allows our prints to use a higher resolution whilst still being durable and great value for money.

    Our Economy canvas is still great but uses a lower cotton content - a great choice, if you have a tight budget.

    Mountboard

    Thinking of choosing a mountboard? Before you decide, there's one important fact that you should know... our mountboards are premium quality! We’ve currently only got white available but it is still a high quality white, with check back soon as we will be adding more options…

    Lacquer Protection

    Lacquer...What's that you may ask? The lacquer that we use is a non-toxic UV spray called Print Guard, it greatly reduces the possibility of damage to the image, greatly enhances fade-resistance and reduces the possibility of colour shift in the fading process.
